These awards recognise the standout performers of the full season, not just one match.

Golden Cap

Most Runs - Rs.10,000 INR

Awarded to the batter who scores the highest total runs across TCPL Season 1.

  • Winner is decided by aggregate runs.
  • If players are tied, the better strike rate is used.
  • If still tied, the player with more boundaries is ranked higher.

Black Cap

Most Wickets - Rs.10,000 INR

Awarded to the bowler who takes the highest number of wickets across the season.

  • Winner is decided by total wickets.
  • If players are tied, the better economy rate is used.
  • If still tied, the better bowling average is used.

Most Sixes Award

Maximum Sixes - Rs.5,000 INR

Awarded to the player who hits the most sixes in the tournament.

  • Winner is decided by total sixes.
  • If players are tied, the higher total runs is used.
  • If still tied, the better strike rate is used.

Best Striker

Highest Strike Rate - Rs.5,000 INR

Awarded to the batter with the best strike rate among eligible players.

  • A minimum balls-faced qualification may be applied.
  • Power-hitting impact in pressure moments is considered.
  • Official scorecards are the final reference.

Player of the Tournament

Best Overall Impact - Rs.10,000 INR

Awarded to the player with the strongest all-round tournament impact.

  • Runs, wickets, fielding impact and match-winning performances are considered.
  • Consistency across league and knockout matches matters.
  • The TCPL organising committee confirms the final winner.

Man of the Match

Match MVP - Rs.500 Cash Prize

Awarded after each match to the player who makes the biggest impact in that game.

  • Batting, bowling, fielding and captaincy impact can count.
  • The match officials and organising team confirm the winner.
  • This is a per-match cash prize.
