AY Entertainments strictly prohibits any form of piracy, unauthorized copying, downloading, screen recording, reproduction, or redistribution of any content available on the platform. All short films, films, and web series are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international copyright laws.
Users are not allowed to:
Download or record videos using external applications or tools
Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute content
Upload AY Entertainments content to third-party websites or apps
Share exclusive or premium content outside the platform
Use content for commercial or public screening without permission
AY Entertainments reserves the right to:
Permanently ban users involved in piracy
Take legal action including civil and criminal charges
Report piracy violations to authorities
Block access to accounts without prior notice
Piracy is a criminal offense and may lead to heavy fines and imprisonment.

These rules apply to all creators, filmmakers, and production houses submitting content to AY Entertainments.
Creators must ensure that:
They own full copyright or have legal documentation proving rights to submit the content.
Content must not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
No illegal, banned, defamatory, or harmful content should be submitted.
Content must comply with Indian laws and OTT guidelines.
No third-party music, clips, images, or assets can be used without permission.
Content must meet technical requirements and quality standards.
Metadata, thumbnails, and required details must be provided.
Misleading or false information in the content is not allowed.
AY Entertainments may reject or remove content not meeting standards.
The creator is responsible for any legal disputes or copyright claims regarding submitted content.
Violations may result in:
Content removal
Account termination
Suspension of partnership
Payment withholding
Legal action if required
This agreement is between:
AY Entertainments ("Platform")
and
The Creator / Filmmaker / Content Owner ("Partner")
The Partner confirms full ownership of the content. AY Entertainments does not claim ownership. The Partner grants AY Entertainments a non-exclusive license to stream, distribute, promote, and monetize the content.
Revenue will be shared based on mutually agreed terms. Payments will be made via bank transfer or UPI after proper verification.
The Partner is fully responsible for any copyright claims, music rights, licensing issues, or legal disputes related to their content. AY Entertainments will not be liable for such claims.
AY Entertainments may promote the content on the platform or social media. AY Entertainments may remove or limit content that violates laws or platform rules.
Payments are made periodically as agreed. AY Entertainments may withhold or delay payment if disputes arise or documentation is incomplete.
Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice. AY Entertainments may immediately terminate the partnership if the Partner breaches the policy or law.
The Partner agrees to indemnify and protect AY Entertainments from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising due to the Partner’s content or actions.
All disputes will be governed under the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
This agreement becomes valid once content is submitted or when the Partner accepts terms digitally.
AY Entertainments is an entertainment platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of creator-submitted content. All films, short films, and web series represent the views of the respective creators, not AY Entertainments.
AY Entertainments is not responsible for:
Errors or inaccuracies in creator content
Misleading claims made by creators
Viewer interpretation or misunderstanding
Technical issues, downtime, or service disruptions
Losses or damages caused by reliance on content
Third-party content, links, or advertisements
AY Entertainments reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time.
